WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Within Delhi, expect your item within 3-5 business days of purchase. All over India orders will get to you in 5-7 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: artopoly.in@gmail.com

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of Artopoly.

 

WHAT IS ARTOPOLY'S RETURN PROCEDURE?

    • Please contact us at artopoly.in@gmail.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
    • If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.
    • If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Artopoly within 14 days of when you received the product.
    • If a replacement has been agreed Artopoly will endeavour to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
    • If a full or partial refund has been agreed Artopoly will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.

All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:

12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)

18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)

30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)

40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)
